Welcome to Southern Cuts Processing! We are a USDA federally-inspected facility offering processing for beef. We offer the choice of having your product processed under inspection or custom exempt for home use. We are excited we have the opportunity to package on your behalf and we want to make this process as smooth as possible.

A few things to be aware of:

  • You must have a scheduled appointment to deliver cattle.
  • Cattle can be delivered between 7:30 and 9:30am, unless told otherwise. Check in at the front prior to unloading.
  • YOU MUST HAVE A COMPLETED CUT SHEET PRIOR TO UNLOADING.
  • Cattle must be able to walk off the trailer.
  • We also need to know if an animal is over the age of 30 months because it requires special handling.
  • If the whole carcass weighs less than 500lbs, you will be charged a min hang weight of 500lbs.
  • Carcass will hang for 14 days.
  • You will be called when your product is ready for pickup.
  • You must pick up your product within 10 business days of being called or you will be charged for everyday past the 10 days.
  • We prefer cash or check, but cards are accepted for an additional 2.85% fee.
